Log into your Teacher account

Click on the Result menu group

Click "Results / Grade Book"

Click "Cognitive Skills Assessment"

Select Class

Select Class Arm

Click "View"

To update student cognitive skills record, click on the edit Icon

Click on the radio button to change accordingly.

Click "Update" to update the changes you have made.

Click "Close" when you are done

To view student cognitive skills, click the magnifier Icon

Click "Close" when you are done
