How to View the A/P Status of a PO

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to view the A/P Status of a PO in BruinBuy Plus.

7 steps

Navigate to the **Orders** menu.

Click "Purchase Orders"

To view A/P Status for a specific Purchase Order, from the *Search Purchase Orders* page, locate the desired invoice via **Quick Search** or by selecting **Quick Filters**.

Select the **PO Number** hyperlink for the desired PO.

The *Purchase Order* page will default to the **Status** tab.
