How to Withdraw an Application on TTBizLink

This user guide describes how to withdraw an application. An application can be withdrawn at any point but only if the agency has not made a final decision on the application. This means it can be withdrawn if it has been submitted, queried or inspection scheduled.

On your Dashboard, click on your "Submitted" bucket under your Outbox Task.

Click on the application reference number link to open the application.

Click on the "..." from the Page Options Bar.

Click "Withdraw".

Enter any Withdrawal Remarks then click "Save & Submit".

A message is displayed that the application has been withdrawn successfully. The Processing Status is now changed to "Withdrawn".

Click "Exit" to exit the application and return to your Dashboard.
