How to access Sandi’s Meeting Analysis and Event Analytics

Sign into the Relate Portal

Select "Meeting Effectiveness" on the left menu

Select this field to find the meeting where you wish to review Sandi's analysis. You can search by typing the meeting name or by scrolling in the dropdown box

Select the meeting and wait for the meeting results to load

The Follow Up field – A detailed breakdown of potential follow up items. Including suggested times by which they should be completed as well as responsibility. Note: The follow up items are Sandi's interpretation of what would be the best course of follow up, not what is explicitly agreed to in the meeting.

Select "Key Points" to show a summary of the meeting

Select "Agenda" to view the meeting agenda

Select "Questions Asked" to review both explicit questions and implicit questions asked during the meeting, and potential answers.

The Relate Trust Index Scores window shows a a breakdown of the performance of the presenter / presenters in the meeting on Credibility, Reliability,\ Intimacy and Self Orientation. Clicking on each field reveals the analysis breakdown and why the score has been assigned to each field.

**Performance Metrics Window**\ This covers the following areas for your meeting - Trust Graph – A graph over time of the trustworthiness of the presenter across all meetings. This can be summarised by 3, 6, 12 months and up to 3 years. - Attendee Experience - A summary of the Relate trust index score for the past 3 meetings per attendee - My Notes/Feedback – Information around comments, questions and positive or negative interactions - Mind Share – The degree of balance of the meeting between participants

This window includes information about the following categories; - Progress over your last 5 meetings - Cost of Sales Savings\ A calculation of actual time saved, transport time and carbon saved as well as a calculation of forest sequestration required to offset that carbon had the\ meeting been in person. - Event Conversion Metrics - Event Q&A
