How to access your TheraNest telehealth video session.

Navigate to:<https://elliottcounseling.mytheranest.com/home/login>

Enter your login information you set up and click the "Log In" button.

While logged into your TheraNest account, click "APPOINTMENTS" in the top toolbar of your client portal.

Click "Upcoming"

Click "start session"

Your session will now load.

You will need to click "Allow while visiting the site" on the pop up. This allows TheraNest access to your camera and mic.

A preview of your camera view will pop up on the right side of your screen. This is where you can select what camera and mic you want to use. When you are ready, click the "I'm Ready" button to enter the waiting room.

You will then enter the "waiting room" until your provider starts the session.
Tip! If you need to send a quick message to your provider while you're waiting, you can click the "Open Chat" button on the bottom of your screen.

Once your provider starts your session, this is what your session screen should look like.

If you click the three dots next to your name you will get video options that you can utilize if you would like to.

Click the area that says "Leave Session" to end your session.

You will then get a confirmation screen notifying your that your session has ended.
