Click "Suspensions"

Click the "Add"-button to add a new suspension.

Select a start and end date.

Click this dropdown to select on which membership line the reduction (based on the duration of the suspension) will be calculated. **Tip: always select a membership that has a remainder so Club Planner can calculate how much discount the members receives.**

Click the "Note" field if you want to add extra information.

Click "Save and Close". The member is now "Frozen" from 'today until 29/8/2024'. This means the member cannot make reservations or check-in at the club during this period of time. On his next payment, the member will get a discount based on the duration of his suspension. **For example:** - 2 weeks suspension (this is half a month (50%)) - Member usually pays €60,00 for 1 month - Next payment: member pays only half a month, which is €30,00
