Open Magnar HCM link and login to your ESS page.

To access the Backoffice, click the settings icon in the top right corner of your screen and select "Go to Payroll."

Click on your organization to navigate to the organization page.

Select the "Exchange Rates" page.

Select your current period's "Month" and "Year".

Add the exchange rate for the first day of the month. Select the three dots on the right, click "Apply to All" to apply the same rate to every day of the month, and then click "Yes."
