How to add/remove a participant from a class or message

From WAC+, Programs, and Group Fitness.

Click "Calendar"

Locate class and click "Book Now".

Click "Manage Booking"

To add participants click the plus button.

Click "Add Member"

Click the "Search by email, barcode, nickname or fullname" field.

Click on participant.

Click "Done"

To remove a participant click on the trash can.

Click "Yes"

The participant will be removed and notification shown.

To message, click mail icon. Message will be sent to those registered and those on waitlist.

Click "Send"
