How to adjust the cancellation settings for the custom reminder?

By following these instructions, users can adjust which appointment types can be cancelled via the custom reminder.

Navigate to [https://www.hotdoc.com.au/dashboard](https://www.hotdoc.com.au/dashboard)

Click "**Reminders**" > "**Templates**"

Click "**Custom Reminders**"

Click "**Edit**" next to the custom reminder that you would like to edit.

You can select from below options: - All Appointment Types - Only allow cancellation via reminder for selected Appointment Types

Selecting "**Only allow cancellation via reminder for selected Appointment Types**" will give you the option to select from a list of appointment types synced from your practice management system.

When you have selected the suitable option, click "**Save**"
