How to alert your POS when a customer places a large order

Navigate to your [**Open Tender Admin Panel**](https://mm.opentender.io/).

Click "**Stores"**, either from the **Stores card** on your homepage or the **Stores icon** in the left-hand navigation.

Click the "**Store Name"** you'd like to set up the Large Order alert for.

Click "**Revenue Centers"**

Decide which "**Type**" of order you'd like to set up this alert for. For this example, we are setting up the large order alert for online orders ("OLO") only. **Note:** If you'd like to set up the Large Order alert for *all* order types, you will need to repeat the following steps for *each* order type, separately. This means you can set one dollar threshold for OLO, and another threshold for CATERING, for example.

Scroll to the "**Optional Settings"** section to add a dollar amount to the "**Large Order Dollar Size"** field. **Note**: Orders placed that are *greater* than this dollar amount will trigger the alert to your POS.

In the "**Large Order Send Timing"** field, choose when you'd like your Large Order to be sent to the POS. Options are: 1. **Send on day of order** - at a designated time in the morning 2. **Send when order is submitted** - as soon as the customer places the order

Click "**Submit**" to save your changes.
