Make
As of September 30, 2025, we’ve rebranded to Assembly. The steps below remain the same. When searching in Make, look for Assembly (formerly Copilot) and this logo.

Create a new scenario in Make

Click the "Search applications" field.

Type "Copilot"

Click "Copilot"

Click "Retrieve a Client"

Click the dropdown to select your account or click on "Add" to add your Copilot account using an API key

Click here to enable you to select a client

Select the client or clients you want to request the form from

Click "OK"

Add a new module and select “Copilot”

Click "Request a Form Response"

Click here to enable you to select an existing form

Click the dropdown

Select the form that you want to request from your client each month

Click "Add item"

Click the scheduling setting

Click "At regular intervals"

Click "Days of the month"

Click the day of the month you want to request the form

Click the "Time" field and input the time to send the form request
