How to invest in Treasury Bills and Bonds by using our Instant transfer feature.

Navigate to [portal.cal.lk](http://portal.cal.lk)

Click on your "Treasuries * Portfolio View

Click "Invest in Gov. Securities" button to proceed.

Select the "Instant Bank Transfer" as the settlement method

Select the bank account you want funds deducted from (you need internet banking enabled for that account)\ \ If your bank account is not listed there you can click 'Add New' to add a new bank account (account should be registered under your name, 3rd party accounts not accepted)

Select the Instrument type - Bill or Bond - you want to invest in.

Select an ISIN from the list. Please note Instruments will be listed in a grid according to the selected Instrument Type

Enter the Investment amount you want to invest in Treasuries and Click "Calculate Face Value" button.

The "Maturity Amount" will be calculated and displayed as below.

Follow the OTP instructions to confirm the transaction

The request will be displayed in the Pending Transaction tab and will be confirmed within 1 working day
