Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.

Click on **"Property Management" dropdown** under "Administration" on left navigation

Click on **"Tenant"**

Click on the **"Search" field** to search for the name of the Tenant. Upon finding the tenant, click on the **"right-side arrow" sign** of the Tenant

Click on the '**dropdown**" beside the "**Forms**" menu

Click on **"NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENTER"**

**Note - If there is a Logo in the Business Profile the Logo should appear in Notice of Intent to Enter by Default. But if there isn't any Logo in the Business Profile there won't be any logo**
