Navigate to <https://commongroundalliance.com/>and click "LOGIN".

Click "LOGIN / REGISTER".

Log in to your CGA account.

Click on your name to access your Personal Snapshot.

Select "DPI Enrollment Form". Only Company Managers have access to the application.

Select company name and click 'next'.
Continue through the DPI enrollment form. The form will not save if you stop in the middle, so complete in one sitting.
When adding the contacts for DPI Manager and Executive Officer, be sure to search for any current users before checking the box to add a new user.
Once the form is submitted, the DPI team will review. After review, we will send out an email to the executive officer designated to approve the enrollment form.
