How to complete a form

When you open a form, this is the view you will see.

As you complete the form, **all text will auto-save.**

When you complete a form in Temelio, some fields may auto-populate based on fields that already exist/are completed in your organization profile. Feel free to update any of the auto-populated fields directly in the form.

Click "Next" to navigate between pages of the form.

You can send comments to the grantmaker in the comments section on the right. You will receive an email when the grantmaker responds.

You can preview a PDF version of the proposal by clicking the "eye" icon.

From this preview, you can download and print the proposal.

You can also download the proposal as a Word document using the highlighted icon.

Click "AI Assistant" to have Temelio auto-suggest responses based on forms you have completed in the Temelio grantee portal before.

After clicking AI Assistant, you can see suggested responses on the right, which you can copy. If this is your first time completing a form in Temelio, you can upload an existing proposal to the AI Assistant to use this auto-suggestion function.

Click "Submit Response" on the last page of the form when you are ready to submit the form to the grantmaker.

Click "Confirm" to finalize the submission.
