How to complete your Monthly Compliance?

Click "Monthly Compliance"

You should now see your clinic name in front of you. If you have multiple clinics you will need to complete this for each location.\ Now that we are in the month of December 2023 you will need to submit your monthly compliance for the previous month being November 2023. Your monthly compliance is due by the 2nd week of the month- the earlier the better!\ Click "Start"

Upload a photo or a PDF of your fridge temperatures from the previous month. Please keep in mind if using a clever logger this will be in PDF format. \ Click "Upload"

Upload a photo of your fridge and cupboard stock.\ Click "Upload"

Upload photos of your emergency medications being hyalase, adrenaline or an epi pen with the expiry dates clearly shown. \ Click "Upload".

Click "Next"

You will see here there is a demo video for your reference. \ Please submit a short 360 video of your clinic room no more than 200mb.\ Click "Upload".

Click "Save".\ Congratulations, you have completed your monthly compliance!
