How to configure the onboarding process

Click "Settings"

Click "Onboarding Configuration"

Click "Edit" to configure the onboarding email that the employee will receive. In particular you edit the email title and the body of the email.
Tip! The text may include links to hanbooks, policies and/or any other related content.

Insert the text you prefer and once you are ready click "Save"

Click "Edit" to configure the welcome message that the employee will see once they login in successfully.

Once you are done with editing, click "Save"

Next you can select which profile sections will be visible and editable for the employee during the onboarding process. The visible fields will be optional for the employee to fill in their details or to share documentation.

Click in toggle to select/unselect the related section.

Once you are ready, click "Save" to update the onboarding process.

Your onboarding process is updated!
