How to Convert or Print Images to .PDF (Windows)

Open the screenshot in the "Photos" application

Click the printer icon in the top right corner

Select "Microsoft Print to PDF" on the "Printer" dropdown

Set "Page Margins" to "Shrink to Fit", and ensure "Let the app change my printing preferences" is deselected.

Choose the destination to save your .PDF and label the document accordingly.
Viola! You now have a .PDF version of your image file.
