How to create Trello cards for new form submissions in Assembly (formerly Copilot)

As of September 30, 2025, we’ve rebranded to Assembly. The steps below remain the same. When searching in Make, look for Assembly (formerly Copilot) and this logo.

Create a new scenario in Make

Click the + button to add a trigger. Search for and select "Copilot"

Click "Watch Completed Forms"

Click "Add"

Name your webhook in Make and then select the connection you want from the dropdown

Open the Form ID dropdown

Select the form you want to use for this trigger

Click "Save"

Click "Copy address to clipboard"

In a new tab, go to your Copilot Dashboard

Click "Settings"

Click "API"

Click "New webhook"

Label your webhook in Copilot and paste the webhook URL from Make

Click the "Events to send" field.

Click "form_response.completed"

Click "Update"

Now it's time to test the trigger by submitting the form as your test client. Right-click here.

Click "Run this module only"

In your Copilot Dashboard, assign the form used for this trigger to your test client

Click "Portal"

Click "Open portal" and log in as your test client

Click "Forms"

Fill out the form used for this trigger as your test client and submit

Back in Make, you should see that the trigger ran successfully

Add a new module and click "Copilot"

Click "Retrieve a Client"

Select your Copilot connection

Name your connection then click "Save"

A pop up will appear to connect your Trello account. Click "Allow"
