How to create a Review

In addition to creating and assigning tickets, users can now assign tasks and send items/records for review and approval.

Click next to the plus sign next to Assignments and click "Review".

Enter a "Title" for the review.

Enter a summary for the "Review"

Select a "Sub Module" by clicking on the drop down arrow next to it.

Select a "Sub Module" for the "Review"

Select "Type" by clicking on the down arrow next to it.

Select a "Type" for the "Review"

Alternately you can add a new "Type" by clicking on the plus sign

A pop-up window will show up. Enter "Review Type" here, check the box next to "Is Global" if you wish for the type to be available across the system.

Click "Save"

Click on the drop down arrow next to "SubType"

Select a "SubType" for the "Review"

As with "Type", you can create a new "Sub Type" by clicking on the plus sign.

Select a Company from the drop down.

Select your "Company"

Click on the drop down next to "Sites" to select one or multiple sites.

Check the boxes next to the Sites you wish to add

Alternately you can click on the plus sign to create a new Site as shown for "Type", "Sub Type", "Company" and "Sites".

You may click Cancel and not add a new "Site" or enter a name for the Site and click on "Save".

Click on the drop down box (down arrow) next to "Associated Person(s)"

You can select one or more "Associated Person(s)" by checking the boxes next to the names

You can alternately "Add New Person" by clicking on the plus sign.

A new window will appear. Enter values for the new person and click "Save"

Here we'll click on "Cancel" and not add a new person

Click on the "plus" sign next to "Assigned to". This is the person who will approve or disapprove the review.

A new window will appear. Select if you want the Reviews to be done "One at a time" or "Simultaneously" by selecting one of the two options. Select a Company by clicking on the drop down arrow.

A list of companies in the system will show. Select your "Company".

Drag user(s) from under the "All Users" window to the "Selected Users" window.

Click "Save". Reviews can be assigned to multiple users using the drag and drop window. After assigning this review to user(s) for their feedback or approval, the user(s) will get a review request from their ends.

Select a "Start Date" by clicking the calendar icon next to it.

Click on a date to set it as the "Start Date".

Click on the calendar sign next to "Due Date".

Click on a Date to set it as the "Due Date" for the Review.

Select a priority for the review like low, medium or high.

Here "High" is chosen and clicked on.

Click on the plus sign next to "Notes" to create a note.

Enter text for the new note and click on "Save"

Check the box next to "Resolution notes Only" if you wish to only view the resolution notes.

Since the new Note was not checked as a resolution note, checking this box will hide the note.

Click the plus sign next to Documents and a window to drag and drop files or browse for files will appear. You can upload and attach documents to this "Review" if you wish to.

Here we click the second option to upload file(s)

If there are multiple files with the same properties, check on the box next to "Replicate the same properties to all uploaded documents" and click "Save"

Do not close this window or you will lose all review data

Click "Review Details" Tab

Click "Save & Close". A "Review" has successfully been created for Assigned person(s).
