How to create a Tastings Program

A Tastings Program is where you'll configure and define all the parameters that the individual

Click "Programs"

Click "Create Program"

Fill out the necessary information for your program such as the Program name, description, start and end dates, duration and number of tastings.

Know that the program will only allow you to create the amount of tastings you define. We recommend rounding up.

Click "+ Product" to add the SKUs you will sample within this program.

Select the product from the dropdown.

If a product has multiple SKUs, select the SKU you will be selling during your activations.

Click "Add Product"

Review the preferences section to select the Activation Tasks you'll require from your talent. You may check any task off except for the Check-In/Out Task.

Next, select the account sets from which you will sample your products.

Fill out any instructions you'd like to leave for your talent. This information will populate on the Tastings App for every tasting saved under this program.

Click "Save"

Click "Ok"

The next tab over is the Custom Questions tab. Here you'll find a list of pre-populated default questions that you can toggle on and off.

You'll also be able to create your own custom questions by clicking on "+ New Question"

Click "Save"

Click "Ok"

In the Brand Assets tab you can include assets about each of the products you'll sample under the program.

Add important key talking points, images or files and click Save.

Click "Ok"

In the Tastings tab you'll be able to see any scheduled individual tastings under the program, as well as schedule both individual tastings or bulk upload several tastings at once. For a Step-by-Step on scheduling individual tastings, review the 'How to add Tastings to a Tasting Program' guide.
