How to create a group account at MDSP

Navigate to [https://mdpathology.org/](https://mdpathology.org/)

Click "Become a Member"

Click the "Group Plan: Residents & Fellows – Free for 100 members" field.

Add a unique name for your group.

Give your group and description

Your username can be anything you want

Enter your First name

Enter your Last name

Enter an E-mail address for this account

Enter the institution name you are located at ex: Johns Hopkins Medical Center, Pathology

Enter the type of insitution

Click to register

All done! You will receive an email that your registration is pending approval

You will receive an email confirming your registration is being reviewed. Please check your junk folder if you do not see the email come through.

Once approved, you will receive another email containing your login credentials. The login link will be included. Head over to the website and login.

Use the credentials you received to login

Click "My Account"

Click "Manage group"

Enter the comma separated list of emails for your trainees or one email per line

You can also edit the details of your group here.

Click Invite Member and an invitation email will be sent to all of the trainees you list

This is what your trainee will see once they click on the invitation link you sent them. They will need to register just like you did.

Your trainee will receive the same registration email you did and go through the admin approval process. Once approved, they will receive their login credentials and can login.

Click "Manage group" to add or remove as needed to maintain your list.

You are all done! If you have any questions, please enter a support ticket in the menu.
