How to create a route

Navigate to "Routes"

Click "New route"

Create a name for the route

Choose the route type from the drop down menu. \*Route types are created within your configuration settings.

Click "Save"

It will bring you to a new screen. Click "Add services"

Filter by the service you are routing

Filter by zone if applicable

You can choose all the items in the list by clicking the box at the top or you can multi select specific addresses by clicking on the box for that row.

Click "Add services". Notice that it tells you how many addresses are selected

Click "Optimize". Note that the route is optimized by the first and last address.

Click "Save"

Once saved, it will bring you back to the main route screen

Click "Edit"
Re-order address

Re-order by clicking and dragging the six dots on beside the number

or re-order addresses by clicking on the number

A dialog box will open, type in the number you would like the address to move to

Click "Save"
Edit the route

Click the "Name " field to change the name of the route

Click the drop down menu "Route type" to change the route type

Deactivate or activate the route from the 'Route status' drop down menu
