How to create a ticket via the Cutec Security & Support app.

Click here to open the system tray

Right click on the blue Cutec logo

Click "Request support" or "Take screenshot and request support"

Please complete the "Summary of the issue" field as you would an email subject line—clear, concise, and to the point.

Please provide a detailed description in the "Tell us about your issue" field. Include all relevant information to help us understand and resolve the problem efficiently.

Select the Urgency of the request using the slider

Select who is impacted using the slider

Enter your full name, Email address and Phone number in the remaining fields

Click "Submit"

After a brief moment, you will receive confirmation that your ticket has been successfully created, press "ok" to close the popup

to view the status of the ticket click here

Double-click on the Cutec Security and Support icon.

Click on the "Tickets" tab

Here you can see the ticket number and the status. If you need an update on your ticket please email support@cutec.co.uk or call 01752 231760
