Birthday party guests must redeem their tickets at the Welcome Center before entering the Recreation Center & Natatorium. The Recreation Attendant will scan each guest's ticket to verify their attendance and ensure that the expected number of guests is accurate. Once a ticket is scanned, it cannot be redeemed a second time.
