The ticket should be live if you see the blue NFC indicator here. You will not have a barcode and that's okay. You will hover the ticket on our scanners at the doors and it will read your ticket like the tap option for your credit card in your wallet.

The ticket office is open at least 1 hour before events in Bass Concert Hall, McCullough Theatre, Bates Recital Hall, and Hogg Memorial Auditorium.
For Disney *[[Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas Light Trail]]*, the ticket office opens at 5 p.m. at the LBJ Wildflower Center exhibit entrance in the cul-de-sac on La Crosse Avenue on all event days.
NOTE: Android users may have a QR code, and that's okay, but it's not necessary if your ticket is NFC-enabled, as indicated with the blue 'Hold Near Reader' message. QR codes will be eliminated in the future.
