How to edit the appointment types assigned to a custom reminder?

By following these steps, users can select the desired appointment types for sending or not sending reminders.

Navigate to [https://www.hotdoc.com.au/dashboard#/](https://www.hotdoc.com.au/dashboard#/)

Click "**Reminders**" > "**Templates**"

Click on "**Custom Reminders**" tab.

Click "**Edit**" next to the custom reminder that you would like to edit.

You can select to send for the below options: - All Appointment Types - Only send for selected Appointment Types - Do not send for selected Appointment Types

Selecting "**Only send for selected Appointment Types**" will give you the option to select from a list of appointment types synced from your practice management system.

Selecting "**Do not send for selected Appointment Types**" will give you the option to select from a list of appointment types synced from your practice management system.

You can remove Appointment Types by click the "**X**"

When you have selected the suitable option, click "**Save**"
