How to enroll in the resident portal Step-by-Step

Look for the email from your community in your inbox. If you don't see it in your inbox be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

Click the email to open it.

Click "<https://compasscommunities.ca>" Or if you have a printed letter type in the website address.

This will take you to Compass Communities. In the upper right corner Click the orange "Resident Portal" button.

Since this is your first time going to the Resident Portal, you will need to Click "Sign up" at the bottom.

Click "Email Address" and enter in the email address that you would like to use. Please note that this will be your login name going forward. You will also receive any password reset requests and verifications at this email address. Continue to fill out the form with your First Name, Last Name and Phone Number.

Your account number and your Resident Unique Code will be in the email or letter your received.

Refer back to your email or printed letter to locate your account number.

Enter your account number and your Resident Unique Code.

Click the reCAPTCHA box.

Click "Sign Up".

You will now have to verify your web account.

Go back to your email and look for the [donotreply@rentmanager.com](mailto:donotreply@rentmanager.com) email. If you don't see it in your inbox be sure to check your spam/junk folders.

Click the email to open it.

Click "Finalize".

Click "Password" and enter in a password that you will remember in both the "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields.

Click "Verify".

You are now logged into your Resident Portal.
