How to Enter a Team Lineup in Plan2Play

This guide provides a straightforward, step-by-step process for entering a team lineup in Plan2Play, making it easy for users to manage their teams effectively. By following these clear instructions, users can quickly navigate the platform and ensure their lineups are submitted correctly. Whether you're a coach or team manager, this guide simplifies the lineup entry process, saving you time and reducing the risk of errors.

Click "My Groups"

Click "Manage Groups"

Click " Schedule" for the team you wish to enter the lineup for

Click "New Lineup " for the date you wish to create a lineup for.

Click on the line you wish to move a player to and then select the player name. This will move the player to the correct place in the line-up. If you make a mistake use the clear line-up buttons to start over.

Click "Continue" once you have completed filling in your line-up

Confirm the line-up and either "Save the Line-up" for later or send it out to the team so they can confirm their attendance. You can also add any additional notes you wish to include in the line-up communication.

If you saved a lineup previously and now need to send it out, select the "Send Lineup" button.
