How to fill out the Screening data when you are a supplier

Maalbar

When you receive a shared screening link.

Click 'Edit'

Enter the weight, add a image and an internal note

Click 'Update base data'

To add the materials, click 'Add material'

Search for the type of material

Click the correct material

Click the 'Label' field and add a name e.g. Chair 3.0 - leg-oak

Add the weight

Enter where the oak wood is dried (Country or Region)

Choose the Country or Region

Enter Manufaturing Location (Country or Region)

Choose the correct Country or Region

Enter the Production waste in Kilograms

Click 'Update material'

Click 'Add packaging'

Choose the packaging type

Enter a label name by your choice (e.g. inlay for chair 3.0-leg)

Enter the weight of packaging

How many products per Inlay?

Choose 'Location of Box production'

Enter 'Recycle Share' (if you know - if not leave it blank)

Choose Location of Assembly

Enter 'Production Waste' (if you know - if not leave it blank)

Click 'Add packaging'

Now add a cardboard box (if the product has one)

Choose the correct type

Enter the Label name, weight and dimenssions

Type how many products are in the cardboard box

Choose 'Location of box production' and 'Recycle share' (if you know - if not leave it blank)

Choose Location of Assembly and 'Production Waste' (if you know - if not leave it blank)

Click 'Update packaging'

To add a surface treatment click 'Add material'

Choose the correct surface treatment

Name the label (e.g. Lacquer for Chair 3.0- leg)

Enter weight

Choose 'Location of paint production' (Country or region) (if you know - if not leave it blank)

Enter the 'Recycle share' (if you know - if not leave it blank)

Choose 'Location of Spraying' and 'Production Waste' (if you know - if not leave it blank)

Click 'Update material'

When you are done and ready to send it back, click 'I'm done editing'
