How to find Health and Safety courses in P&M

These instructions will show you how to log in to your learning area in P&M, and find all of the courses provided by the Health and Safety department.

Log into P&M, using your staff credentials.

The "Me" tab should be automatically selected.

Click on "Learning."

Your current enrollments will be showing (auto defaults to "Enrollments: To Do") - yours will differ from the screen shot below, or have nothing if you are not currently enrolled in any courses.\ \ Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "Search"

In the "Search the learning catalogue" field, type the name of the course, key words, or search for your course using the communities. \ \ For this example, we will find and follow the "Health and Safety: All courses" community, so we can easily find all of the health and safety courses.\ There are also specific Health and Safety communities available, based on topics eg. Cardinus, Fire Safety, Radiation etc. if you do not wish to follow the "All courses" community.

To search, click on the magnifying glass.

Everything with "Health and Safety" is returned - you will see some are Communities (a group of related courses) and some are specific courses.

You may choose the relevant course here and enroll on it. For this example, we have scrolled down to find Health and Safety: All courses learning community. Click on the tile.

This opens a larger view of the community. We want to "Follow" the community - this will add this community to your "View my learning communities" in your learning area, making it easier to access in the future.

Click "Follow"

Click "View My Learning Communities"

Click "Health and Safety: All courses"

You will then see all the courses in the community.

You can sort them, given the options available.

You can do various other things with the community, by clicking on the 3 dots beside Unfollow.

You can use the "Search" field to quickly find a specific course.

Click on the course name.

The screen shot below shows "view enrollment" as this course has been completed. \ For courses that have not been completed, this option will read Enroll. \ Click on Enroll to find and enroll on the available offerings, and start your training.
