How to launch a meeting in Teams from the Relate Portal and ensure Sandi analysis is active

Step by Step guide on how to launch a Microsoft Teams meeting and ensure Sandi Analysis will run. Please note that a meeting will need to run for a minimum of 10 minutes and have at least 700 spoken words in order to guarantee Sandi will analyse the meeting.

Select "Event Management"

Click "Teams" in the Launch Meeting Column\ Click copy link to share this link directly with attendees Click Join Meeting to start the Teams Meeting

This should automatically open Microsoft Teams and launch the meeting. Ensure that your microphone/camera and audio settings are set then join the meeting.

Click the More button to show record and transcribe options

Click the Record and transcribe menu item

Click the Start recording menu item

Click "Confirm"

Ensure you are unmuted and test to confirm your audio is being transcribed. The transcription results will auto populate in the chat window

Once the meeting has been completed you can follow the previous steps in reverse to stop the transcription or leave the meeting immediately.

Click "Stop" to stop recording and transcription

Click the "Leave" button to leave the meeting. Sandi's Feedback from the meeting will be sent to your inbox a few minutes after the meeting has finished.
