Navigate to [https://www.ohitika.com](https://www.google.com/?safe=active&ssui=on)

Click "Office 365"

Choose your @indianaffairs.gov email if it is listed. If not, click Use another account.

Click "Use another account"

Click the "Email, phone, or Skype" field.

Type in your BIA email address (firstname.lastname@indianaffairs.gov)

Click Next

When asking for a password click under the password box where it says "use smart or PIV card"

Click yes to stay logged in if this is your computer

Click "Apps" on the left hand side.

Click "Outlook"
