How to login to the Fresh Clinics Shop???

To login to the Fresh Clinics shop navigate to [app.freshclinics.com.au](http://app.freshclinics.com.au)\ If you are new to Fresh Clinics you should have received your username and password via email.\ For those of you who are already Fresh Clinics members; you will be using your same username and password to login to the Fresh Clinics Scripting App.\ If you are having trouble logging in please contact our team on 1300 375 646 or contact your Account Manager.

You will need your username and password to login.\ Click "Login"

Click "Shop"

To see our product range click "All Categories".

To search for a specific product type here and select "Enter"

When you have found your product Click "Add to Cart".

If you are having trouble checking out it may be because your product has a minimum order. \ When you click on your cart it will tell you how many you need to order as a minimum.\ If you are having trouble adding a product to your cart it may be because you need to open an account. Reach out to your Account Manager and they will be able to assist you here.

Click on your cart to check out.\ Now click "check out".

You can add multiple products before you checkout.\ To add any notes to your order you can Add notes under "Add notes".

Click "Next"

Ensure you select your correct Clinic location.

Your S4 medications can only be delivered to your registered Clinic address.

Confirm your Clinic address.\ Click "deliver to this address".

Click "Add payment method"

You can pay by either Credit Card or Direct Debit.\ Click your preferred payment method and enter your details.\ Click "Add".

Click "Confirm Payment"
