How to look up a permit in Offstreet

Navigate to <https://dashboard.offstreet.io/dashboard>

Click "Reporting"

Click "Vehicle Lookup"

Click "Select Location"

Select the location the permit is active on, or just click All Locations

Enter the Licence Plate Number associated with the permit, and then click on the permit to open the details panel.

From the details panel, click on the action menu to open a drop down.

Select "Send Email"

Type the email address of the recipient to send them a copy of their confirmation.

Click "Send"
