Click "Bank account"

Select LLC as Entity Type and enter Entity ID if you are LLC , if you dont know your entity number please see step 14

Enter your information

Click "Annual Tax Payment (Form 3522)"

Click "Continue"

Enter the period that the payment is for.

Enter the Amount due

Select Payment Date

Enter Bank Information

Confirm payment information and Save a copy for your records and share it with your accountant
