How to make a Reservation Request for the Clinical Simulation Center in SimCapture.

A reservation request is for activities or simulations taking place inside or outside the Clinical Simulation Center (CSC) that are course-related and require setup support from CSC staff.

Alert! Before making a reservation request, you must have established a course in SimCapture. Please contact Carly Andrews or Megan Ivy to proceed.

Alert! You must also have created a scenario under your SimCapture course Curriculum tab before attempting to make a reservation request.

Navigate to <https://usicnhp.simcapture.com/> and sign in via SSO myUSI user info.

Click on the calendar icon.

Click "Add Reservation"

Click the Title text field and add your course number and title of event.

Select the Date and Time of the event.

Click the "Search for a Course" field and select your course.

Click the "Search for a Scenario" field and select your scenario.

Tip! Add Rich Wire if you are requesting an Anatomage table!

Click the "Support Staff/Faculty" field and add supporting faculty or staff who will be assisting with the event.

Add the number of expected student participants.

Click "Save" to submit your request.
