How to make a Supply Request in SimCapture.

A supply request is to reserve supplies or models that require ZERO setup support from the Clinical Simulation Center (CSC) staff.

Simcapture

Navigate to <https://usicnhp.simcapture.com/> and sign in via SSO myUSI user info.

Click on the calendar icon.

Click "Add Reservation"

Click the Title text field.

Type "Supply Request" and the name of the event. Select orange as the event color.

Select the Date and Time of the event or when you would like to pick up the supplies.

Click the "Search Inventory" field and select the inventory you would like to reserve.

Select the amount you would like to reserve.

Tip! If the item you are requesting is not in the inventory, list it in the Public Notes.

Scroll down and fill out the public notes to indicate when you will pick up the items.

Click "Save" to submit your request.
