How to delete your account

Navigate to [https://eigo.ai/lessons/](https://eigo.ai/lessons/)

Click "Account"

Click "Settings"

Under the 'Settings' tab, click "Delete Account" to permanently delete your account.

In the pop-up, click the "Permanently delete my account" checkbox.
Note that deleting your account is permanent and it cannot be recovered after deletion. If your account is an institutional account connected to a school or university, it cannot be deleted. Please contact your teacher for further assistance.

Click "Delete Account" to confirm account deletion.
