Navigate to your HubSpot workspace.

Select "Contacts" in the main navigation bar.

Select "Companies".

Click the "Search name, phone, or domain" field.

Search for the company you want to merge into.
The first company you search for will be your primary domain.

Click the company name.

Click on "Actions".

Click "Merge".

Click "Search".

Search for the other company you want to merge.
