How to order a service

This guide provides a step-by-step process for ordering a service through the Workforce portal. Drug & Alcohol Tests, DOT Physical Exams and several other occupational services can be ordered through the portal.

Navigate to [https://comprehensivemedical.workforce.crlcorp.com/clinicportal/ng/#/](https://comprehensivemedical.workforce.crlcorp.com/clinicportal/ng/#/)

Click "Log In"

Click "Order"

Select the Reason for testing

Click "DRUG TEST+"

Click the "Enter the Lab Account name" field.

Select type of test required

Select the Regulatory Mode

Select the Category

Select the test to be performed

Click "ADD"

Click "CONFIRM"

Click "NEXT"

Fill in the employees information and click "Find Clinic"

Add City & State or zip code required

Select the Tier (Tier 1 being the lowest cost, then increasing Tiers 2-Out of network)

Click "SELECT SITE"

Click "SUBMIT"

Send the authorization via text, email or PDF

Click "FINISH"
