How to quickly download a set of documents from DocumentCloud

Navigate to DocumentCloud and log in.

Navigate to or select the documents you want to download. In this case, I selected 25 documents in my current view to download. You can instead navigate to a project and download the entire project if desired instead of relying on selection.

Click the "PDF Exporter" Add-On from the left sidebar.

Select for the Add-On to either run against the search query of documents or a selection of documents. Click "Dispatch". Wait a couple minutes until completion. You can refresh and continue to work on other documents as desired while the Add-On runs in the background.

When the Add-On finishes, it will show a "Download file" link which links to the zip file of the downloadable documents. You will need to use an archive extractor on the zip file to extract the documents.
