How to re-activate an Expired listing

Navigate to <https://ntrdd.mlsmatrix.com/matrix/> and login with your MLS ID

Click "INPUT"

Click the "--Listing Id--" field.

Click the "--Listing Id--" field and type in the MLS# of your expired listing. You will only be able to re-activate your expired listing for 3 days after it has Expired. After 3 days, you will need to reach out to the MLS Department at: [MLS@dfwre.com](mailto:MLS@dfwre.com)

Click "Edit"

Click "Change to Active"

Click the Expiration Date field, backspace, and enter your new expiration date. Example: 02/01/2024

Click Submit Property.
