How to request a student organization via MyRollins

Access the [Student Organization registration form](https://rollins.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1835/Portal/Requests/TicketRequests/NewForm?ID=opRLgSfDBdc_&RequestorType=Service).

Enter **Student Org Registration** in the Subject of Ticket field.

Select **Community Request** from the drop down under MyRollins Request Type.

Select **Student Organization** from the drop down under What type of community is this?

Complete the required fields with your organization information: - Faculty or staff advisor(s) - Name of community - Community description – this will appear on your MyRollins group page - Community visibility: Public – this setting ensures Rollins community members can find your organization - Contact information – Typically the organization president’s email - Executive Officers

Upload your profile picture and your updated constitution for the upcoming year. **Important**: These files will need to be in the same location on your computer for you to upload both of them.
