How to receive Rent Increase Due Notification in British Columbia(BC) & New Brunswick(NB)?

Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.

Go to "**Gear**" icon on the top left of the screen beside the "Dashboard" sign

Now click on the "**Notification Settings"**

After that, the screen will show up like that under "**Settings/Notifications**" section

Once on the 'Settings/Notifications' section, click on the "**Receive Rent Increase Due Notification"**. You will receive an **email notification** before the rent increase due date (if the tenant rent history has not been updated already).
**Tip- Email will have a list of rent increases due within the next 7 months, 6 months, 5 months, 4 months**

Upon the click on the "Receive Rent Increase Due Notification", it will be **turned on.** The way you are seeing on this snippet
