Tip! These activities can be created in Contacts, Companies, Deals or Tickets

Choose your record to work on. It can be Contact, Companies, Deals or Tickets.

Select your Record and Click "SOP Experts"
Adding Notes

Click "Notes"

Click "Create Note"

Type your Note Description/Comment and Click "Create note"
Logging emails

Click "Emails"

Click "Log Email"

Type your email body and Click "Log email"
Logging Calls

Click "Calls"

Click "Log Call"

Add your Call Notes, Outcome, Type, Direction and Click "Create a Logged Call"

Click "Log call" when done.
Creating tasks

Click "Tasks"

Click "Create Task"

Add a Title to your task, a description, assign it to someone, set a priority and a due date and Click "Create"
Logging Meetings

Double-click "Log Meeting"

Select an outcome, a type, a date and time and a duration, then Click "Create a Logged Meeting"
