How to register a new Warm Welcome Space and set up space details

Navigate to [https://www.warmwelcome.uk/login](https://www.warmwelcome.uk/login)

Click "Login" or "sign up" and login or create an account

If you registered last year you can use the same email address to log in

Once Logged in, click "Add a Space"

Click "Let's add a space"

If your space is part of a wider organisation enter it here or leave blank

Add the name of your space

Describe your space

Add the address of your space - you can just start typing...

Make sure you select a region in the dropdown here

Choose your space type

Add any affiliations you might have to any of our partners. Or leave blank.

Click "Church of England"

Click Submit to save your details

Add any missing details of the person coordinating your space. These details will not be made public. Click submit to save.

Add the opening times of your space - use 24hr clock.

If your space is open more than once a day you can add other times here

Add additional opening times

Click Submit to save your changes

Add all the available services you have. You can add as many as you like.

Add any social media accounts you'd like to show on your space page. You don't have to add any.

If you have a central phone number for your space that you want to be available enter it here and then click submit to save your changes.

Carefully read the different options for preferences and chose the ones you want to opt in to.

If you are open to press opportunities please give a press contact.

Choose how you would be happy for us to contact you.

Click submit to save changes

Publish your space: Click to confirm you have a safeguarding policy in place.

Choose the right option for you

To publish your space to the map please click the green button, if you're not sure yet click red. You can come back at any time to update your choice.

Click publish my space to put your space on the map.

Once our map goes live at the end of October your space will appear on it. in the mean time you can review your space page and change any details.

To get back to the dashboard and see resources click "Dashboard"
