How to reset user passwords and resend welcome e-mails
Passwords can only be reset from the web application.

Navigate to "Users"

Click on the user your would like to reset the password for

Click "Edit"
Resend User Welcome Email

Click "Resend Welcome Email"

Click "Send Welcome Email"
Reset User Password

Click "Reset Password"

Click the "Password *" field.

Type in the new password (it must be at least 8 characters) and click "Save"

After hitting save - you will need to click outside the box

Click "Save" in the user profile. This will take you back to the main list of users

The user will need to add in their email and the 'reset' password

Click the box to accept terms and conditions

Click "Log In"

Type in the new password

Re-enter the new password

Click "Continue"

Then it will open to the users dashboard
