If a course is not showing as 100% completed in the NICA Education Center, you won't receive credit in Pit Zone for your coach license. Sometimes, a portion of a course can be missed (due to logging out and returning to the course, or simply clicking too fast). Here's how to check (and complete) any outstanding course modules. NOTE: This example shows the Level 1 coach course, but these steps apply to all of NICA's online learning.
