How to send TrueCar Certificates!

Truecar Certificates must be sent on every truecar lead. DON'T FORGET TO UNCHECK LEASE AND LOAN OPTIONS AND PASTE CERT IN ELEADS NOTES!

Navigate to [https://dealerportal.truecar.com/dfe/auth/login/](https://dealerportal.truecar.com/dfe/auth/login/)

Click "Sign In"

Click "Prospects" to view the list of customers and find the customers name of your lead.

Assign that customer to you. This will ensure the email they receive has your name on it.

Click "Create Offer"

Select a vehicle, if no appear alter the filters to pick the best option. The customer must receive a cert so if the VOI is not in stock pick the closes option. Click "Offer This Vehicle"

Click "Next: Review and Edit Lease Details"

Click "Next: Review and Edit Loan Details"

If you know the customer is Military you can add that rebate by checking the box. If it is unknown do not check these boxes. Click "Next: Review and Send Offer"

ALWAYS UNCHECK THE LOAN OPTION.

ALWAYS UNCHECK LEASE OPTION.

Click "Email and Text Deal Now"

Click "Copy to clipboard"

Click "Add Note" in the customers profile.

Paste the note and click "save."
